Besides the exclusively conference activity, Noema provides services, nationally and internationally, in the field of meeting industry and public relations offering the whole range of services necessary to the complete event organization. The clients can assign Noema  the total management of the event or request a collaboration for specific aspects, depending on their own needs.

Strategic consultancy

It regards the feasibility study, the realization of the project, the formulation of the budget and endorsements.

Organizational consultancy

It includes three main groups of activities:

Planning and logistics
It consists of venue finding and equipping, suppliers finding (hostess and event specialists), the organization of transport services, the selection of accommodation services and restaurants; the relationships with sponsors, authorities and institutions; the realization of cultural and social moments with special guests.

Management of the Scientific Secretariat
It regards the management relationship with speakers; the drafting, the translation and the printing of the official documents and the collection and publication of conference proceedings or catalogs.

Administration office
It is related to the fulfillment of the legal requirements, the issue of financial statements, the collection and registration of registration fees, the financing and sponsorship management, accountancy and insurance services.

Integrated communication and promotion plan

It is the conception of the graphic line, the drafting, printing and dissemination of programs, posters, press releases, invitations, etc .; the activity of communication and public relations with media and catchment areas of special interest.

Noema focuses, among others, on events celebrating companies, Associations and Medical Institutes’ anniversaries, private parties and weddings.

The management of cultural events is extremely important. Artelibro Art Book Festival is certainly Noema outstanding event. With eleven editions, it used to gather in Bologna every year booksellers, bibliophiles and book lovers from all over the world. The number of visitors of Artelibro increased from 22.000 in 2004 to more than 55.000 in 2012. Moreover, in the last edition 170 exhibitors and about 100 other events took place involving more than 200 speakers. Nowadays, Artelibro is an event with a national and international value.

Since 2006 Artelibro has hosted the Antique Book Exhibition organized by Noema for the Italian Antiquarian Booksellers Association ( In 2008 and then from 2013 to 2017 the Ancient Books International Fair has taken place in Milan at Palazzo Giureconsulti, Palazzo Mezzanotte and Salone dei Tessuti.
