(including Surgeon, Assistant and Scrub Nurse).

Observer: Euro 100,00 + 22% VAT
Observers (in audio-video connection with the operating theatre) can register online.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of registration (Operating Table or Observer) has to be compulsorily communicated to the Organizing Secretariat (by email or fax) at lest 60 days before the Course. 70% of the fee will be refunded. After this date no refund will be done.
